    • We keep your groceries fresh until the moment they go out for delivery (or pickup). Frozen items are kept in freezers, refrigerated items in coolers, and hot/fresh items are packed right before we load them into our delivery vehicle.

  • How do you know how I like my fruits, veggies and meats?

    • Our Personal Shoppers take great pride in selecting only the freshest, finest produce and meats available, and before you submit your order, you can include notes for any special requests (e.g., "I like my bananas really, really green" or "Please select the leanest pork chops possible."). What's more, your Shoppers learn your preferences as they pick more orders for you.

  • Is Lowes Foods To Go more expensive than regular grocery shopping?
