To opt out of receiving marketing and advertising promotions via email, please follow the “Unsubscribe” link in the email communication provided from the Company. To opt out of direct mail marketing, the sharing of your User Information with third parties, or to request a copy of or deletion/erasure of your User Information please call Guest Services at 1-888-537-8646 (Mon-Sun, 8am-5pm EST) or email wecare@lowesfoods.com. To opt out of SMS/text messaging reply “STOP” in response to an SMS/text message received from the Company at any time. For help regarding SMS/text messaging, text “HELP” in response to an SMS/text message received from the Company, call the Company’s Guest Services phone number at 1-888-537-8646 (Mon-Sun, 8am-5pm EST, or email wecare@lowesfoods.com. Message and data rates may apply to SMS/text messaging, and frequency may vary. To correct or update your User Information, please login to your account to edit your profile. You can also visit an in-Store kiosk.
Retention. Subject to limits imposed by applicable law, the Company reserves the right to retain your User Information for any reasonable business purpose or as reasonably useful or needed until such time that the Company, in its sole discretion, decides to remove such data, even in the event you elect to cancel your account or opt out of marketing communications. The Company reserves the right to remove User Information at any time from its records as appropriate in the sole discretion of the Company.
Security. The Company maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect your nonpublic information. Our comprehensive security measures include advanced virus protection, state-of-the-art firewalls, and activity logs. While the Company employs rigorous security measures to protect your User Information, we cannot guarantee that computer hackers, security failures, or other attacks will not compromise your User Information.
Transferability.
