  • How do I set up FREE grocery delivery?

    • Select the START A DELIVERY ORDER option above, select the date and time you wish to receive your order, and place your order
    • You may also call Guest Services at (888) 537-8646. Please mention that you are a resident of The Cypress of Raleigh.

  • What if I want my groceries on a day or time that is not available through this program?

    • While our free delivery program is limited to 5 days a week, you can still place a Pickup order! Pickup is available from 8am – 8pm, 7 days a week!

  • Can I take advantage of this opportunity if I am not a resident?

    • This offer only applies to the residents of The Cypress of Raleigh and must be delivered to this location.

  • I don’t live in the community, but I have a family member who does. Can I place an order to be delivered to their address?

    • Yes! Just use one of the options above and place your order through the exclusive Lowes Foods To Go ordering website for The Cypress of Raleigh

  • Will I be contacted about my order?

    • Absolutely! Our Lowes Foods To Go Personal Shoppers will call you prior to your delivery window to provide details and see if there is anything else you might wish to add to your order.

  • What if the items I ordered are out of stock?

    • Due to extreme changes in product availability, you may experience more substitutions and/or out of stocks in your Lowes Foods To Go order than usual.
    • While the products displayed on the Lowes Foods To Go website and app do not necessarily reflect actual inventory on hand at your store, our Personal Shoppers will do their best to complete your order with as many items as they can.

  • How do I pay for my order?

    • When placing an order online, a credit or debit card is required. Please select the “Pay Online – Credit/Debit” option at Checkout. Your payment card information is secure, and you will only be charged for the final total of your order once your Personal Shopper has completed it.

  • How do you keep my order fresh?

    • We keep your groceries fresh until the moment they go out for delivery (or pickup). Frozen items are kept in freezers, refrigerated items in coolers, and hot/fresh items are packed right before we load them into our delivery vehicle.

  • How do you know how I like my fruits, veggies and meats?

    • Our Personal Shoppers take great pride in selecting only the freshest, finest produce and meats available, and before you submit your order, you can include notes for any special requests (e.g., "I like my bananas really, really green" or "Please select the leanest pork chops possible."). What's more, your Shoppers learn your preferences as they pick more orders for you.

  • Is Lowes Foods To Go more expensive than regular grocery shopping?

    • No! Unlike other grocery services that mark up their prices online, Lowes Foods To Go prices are always the same as you’ll find in our store.

  • Can I buy beer and wine online?

    • Yes! Lowes Foods has the widest selection of beer and wine available in the Carolinas! You can purchase any closed-container beer and wine you like, and our delivery driver will ask for your ID for age verification when we deliver your order. Cheers!

  • Can I order catering through Lowes Foods To Go?

    • Absolutely! Just select any of the party trays and catering items available online, by visiting the “Catering & Events” category on our website.
