At Lowes Foods, we are happy to provide our guests a refund on their products. You will be able to get your refund on a product returned on or before 60 days from the actual date of your purchase.
If you would like a refund, you must keep in mind the following things when returning the product:
• For a cash refund, you must provide the original receipt, or the Fresh Rewards card used at the time of purchase.
• If neither are available, we will take every measure to assist in locating your purchase history. If located, a gift card with the value of the refund can be issued with valid government-issued identification.
• For refunds greater than $20, management approval is required.

Lowes Foods allows guests to get a full refund on the products that were purchased on or before 60 days only if they can fulfill the requirements given below:
Proof of purchase
• Original receipt
• To verify the purchase, use a valid/verified Fresh Rewards card. If you are providing a Fresh Rewards card, please keep in mind that the names for the Fresh Rewards card and ID must match, and the Fresh Rewards card must be in the system for more than 30 days.

• A driver’s license
• ID from the government
