Here's how you can help.

As a Carolinas-based company, our top priority is taking care of our community. We know that you rely on us for food to feed your families, and we take that responsibility very seriously. As the coronavirus (COVID-19) impacts our communities, we are committed to doing everything we can to support you.

We want to help as many people as possible. Some of our items are in such high demand we are limiting the number that can be purchased at one time. Some items may be out of stock. We are working with our vendors to get these from the manufacturing facilities as soon as possible.

We know the best way to prevent the spread of the virus is to limit social contact. We encourage you to use our Lowes Foods to Go Service. You can place an order and we will select the items and deliver it directly to your car.

We are following the direction of the health experts to keep our Hosts and stores safe. Beyond our current strict sanitation processes, we are wiping down our hard surfaces more frequently. We continue to have sanitation wipes at the front of our store so you can wipe down your cart as you enter. There are a few things we can all do to help:

  • Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
  • Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth with unclean hands.
  • Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
  • At home and at work, clean frequently touched surfaces.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Stay home if you are sick.
  • Rest assured, according to the CDC, the coronavirus is not related to any food products.

This virus is serious, but we will get through this together.
